Ivan’s passion for film-making stems from his passion for photography. Following a stint as a stills assistant on music and fashion shoots, Ivan made a name for himself as a photographer in his own right.

He was soon experimenting with moving images and honed his craft by working and learning with the best cinematographers he could. Ivan made a rapid rise through the ranks and after lighting his first movie, ‘Cresta Run’ directed by Terry Windsor, he found his skills as a DOP were in constant demand.
